Ingredients
- Half of a passionfruit
- 15ml eggwhite
- 60ml Coastal Moon Passionfruit Vodka
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
Directions
- Mix the passionfruit pulp, egg white, Vodka, Lemon and Pineapple juice into a shaker with half a cup of ice
- Shake well
- Serve with a garnish of your choosing
