Our Strawberry Vodka Spritz is the second of our summer cocktail recipes that utilise our newly released Zodiac Vodka range. Our strawberry flavoured Fire Sign vodka perfectly rounds out the bitterness of the traditional Prosecco and Aperol spritz to induce a sweeter, fruitier more palatable finish.
The traditional spritz originated in Italy, with a wine base and bitter liqueurs of Aperol or Ampari. The Strawberry Spritz is a contemporary rendition crafted specifically to maximise refreshment and palatability.
A fantastic addition to any cocktail menu.

Ingredients
- 60ml Coastal Moon Zodiac Strawberry Vodka
- 30ml Aperol
- Splash of Prosecco
- Splash of soda water
- Sprig of fresh mint
- 3 fresh strawberries
Directions
- Fill tall glass full with ice
- Cut strawberries in half and add to glass
- Add Coastal Moon Zodiac Strawberry Vodka
- Add Aperol
- Add soda water
- Top up glass with Prosecco
- Stir and add mint and strawberry to garnish
